1. Setup the game by shuffling the deck of Enemy cards and placing them face down in the center of the playing area.
2. Players choose their Santa Warrior character and receive their corresponding player board and Ability cards.
3. Each player starts with 10 Health Points (HP) and 3 Action Points (AP).
4. The goal of the game is to defeat the final boss, Frosty the Snow Demon, before time runs out (indicated by a Winter's End track).
